We offer multiple floorplans but some do include washers/dryers in the apartment home, and other buildings provide laundry rooms.

Era Collective has some grassy area but does not currently have a dog park. We do have mutliple pet stations around the community and are a quick walk to Forest Park.

We are currently undergoing construction to improve our amentity spaces so it is a great time to get in and capture a future view at an incredible rate.

Maintenance requests can be created online and will come directly to the office and maintenance team. We will arrange for maintenance to enter your home to correct the issue as soon as possible and will send a follow up once the work order is closed to ensure you are satisfied. We also offer after-hour maintenance in the case of emergencies.
